our project is about investigating the possibilities with the Altos V2 radar mounted on a drone. For this we had a look at the available profiles. The the range the 40-120m profile would be suited best for the usecase. Are there more profiles available in this range with different SNR threshold or FOV setting?

the angular FOV remains consistent across all profiles, as it is determined by the antenna and array design.
In the default firmware, we do not expose an interface for adjusting internal signal processing parameters. However, every detection output includes SNR or RCS information (refer to the ROS driver section). As a result, applying a higher detection threshold can be achieved in post‑processing.
